What does a Durable website cost?

A Starter subscription to Durable starts at $12 per month. A Business subscription starts at $20 per month. Every Durable subscription includes your website, a custom domain, an AI Assistant, Invoicing, an AI-powered CRM, and more. Learn more.

Can I pay the subscription fees in another currency?

All of the subscription charges will be in USD. We are unable to issue subscription invoices in other currencies at this time.

Can I use an existing domain with Durable?

Yes. You'll need to adjust a few details with your domain provider, which takes about five minutes. This guide shows you how.

Do you offer white-label services?

Not right now. However, you can build and publish multiple websites from one account with Durable Pro. Learn more.

Can I create an e-commerce website with Durable?

While Durable is not explicitly designed to support e-commerce businesses, we have had clients launch successful e-commerce businesses on our platform. Here's how.

Are Durable AI-generated websites safe?

Yes. All Durable domains are hosted on a content delivery network called Cloudflare. We chose Cloudflare because they offer fast and secure SSL generation, firewalls, and excellent protection from all web attacks, including DDos.

Does a custom domain cost extra?

Nope! Custom domains are free with every Durable Starter and Business subscription and take seconds to create.

Can I transfer a website to someone else?

Yes. You can add additional users to any Durable website. Then, you can change all account and billing settings to transfer your entire website.

Can I edit my website's HTML?

Durable is a "no code" solution to building websites. Because of that, we don't offer extensive options for HTML customization. But if you have a specific need or request, contact us.

Can I keep my custom domain if I want to leave Durable?

Yes! When cancelling your account, contact us, and we'll arrange to have your custom domain transferred to you. Note that it takes a couple of weeks to transfer over.

How can I check if my page is being indexed on SEOs like Google or Bing?

You can check if it's being indexed by going into Google or Bing and searching for your website's URL. If it doesn't show up you can request indexing for Google over at Google Search Console Tool and Bing at Bing Webmaster Tool.

Can I remove my website from showing on Google or Bing?

Yes, you can disable indexing on our app over at Website/Settings/Allow indexing.

I have set up Google Ads. Where should the script provided by Google go?

It should be added to the head of the whole website. Go to Website/Settings/Custom code/Head and paste the provided script.

Does Durable have a mobile app?

Durable's application is a web app, meaning that it runs on a browser and offers all its features for mobile or desktop devices without needing installation.

I deleted my account. Is there a way to recover it?

Most of the time, yes, if you just deleted your account but not the business itself, we can recover it, get in touch with our support, and we'll recover the account and the businesses you had on it.

If I cancel my subscription, do I lose my website?

Your website and business will be unpublished, but they will still be available and saved if you decide to re-subscribe to a paid plan.

Can I add animated GIFs to my website?

Yes, we can now use GIF images or animations within the embed component. You can find more information on how to do it here.

Can I integrate a third-party CRM manager?

Yes, you can integrate most CRM services by adding a lead-capturing form on an embedded component.

I synchronized my email. If a client contacts me, where will I get notified?

You'll get an email notification about the new lead, and the contact will be added to the CRM/Contact under Durable's app.

Can I add customized CSS to my page?

Yes, you can add it on an embedded component to affect any HTML code inside, on the head of the page to affect a specific page or on the head of the website to be applied to the whole website. That said, we do not recommend changing the general CSS of your website since that could significantly impact mobile/desktop compatibility and cause unpredictable behaviour.

I have a Pro Plan (20/50/100) subscription, can I buy domains?

No, you can't. Although you can link domains from an external domain provider to your Durable website.

Are custom domain emails included?

No, it is not included. Although you can link one from an external provider.
