Which shipping carrier do you use?

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and some orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you tend to have issues with deliveries from one of these carriers, send us an email here after placing your order and we will ensure your order is shipped

How much is shipping?

Free shipping is available for products on subscription and orders over $99. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $5.95.

When will I receive my order?

Orders ship from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping.

My package says it was delivered, but I have not received it.

In many cases a package is scanned as "delivered" by the shipping carrier but is still in the truck and is not delivered until the next business day. We would recommend ensuring that your shipping address is correct and that the shipping carrier did

Do you offer express shipping?

We can upgrade your shipping to UPS 2-day air for $20 (or US Priority Mail for Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories). Simply email us here after you place your order to let us know you'd like to upgrade to express shipping, and we will email you an invo

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship to U.S. states and territories, but in the future we will be expanding our shipping area to include select countries, including Canada.

The bottles were warm when I received them. Is the product still safe to take?

The active ingredients in our formulas are not negatively impacted by short-term exposure to heat (such as transport in a delivery truck or being left in a mailbox), especially if the bottle is still sealed. Once the vacuum seal is broken, the bottle
