The bottles were warm when I received them. Is the product still safe to take?Updated 2 months ago
The active ingredients in our formulas are not negatively impacted by short-term exposure to heat (such as transport in a delivery truck or being left in a mailbox), especially if the bottle is still sealed. Once the vacuum seal is broken, the bottle should be stored in a cool, dry place. Plus, the glass bottles we use dissipate heat better than plastic. The glass itself may feel warm, but the contents inside are protected.
