What if my refund goes to a credit card that has been replaced / closed?Updated 2 months ago
Our system only allows us to process refunds to the original payment method, but if your card was replaced, the credit card company will automatically transfer the refund to your new card.
If your account was closed entirely, your bank will mail you a check within 30-60 days, or you could contact them to inquire if they can transfer the refund directly to your bank account.
