With our email sync feature, you can keep your Durable CRM and your email inbox in sync at all times. By connecting your email, you will:
- See all email communication with contacts in your Durable CRM
- Be able to email directly from Durable and have that activity automatically captured in your email inbox
- Be able to email directly from your email inbox and have that activity captured in your Durable CRM
How do I connect my email?
To connect your email, navigate to the your CRM Settings tab.
Enter the email address you would like to connect, and click "Connect."
You will be prompted to login to your email account and authorize Durable to access to your emails. Once the authorization is complete, simply click "Sync emails" to import any emails to/from contacts within your Durable CRM.
Do you access all of my emails?
No, we only access emails between your email address and email addresses within your Durable CRM. When you add a new contact to Durable, we will access the previous 30 days of email history with that contact.
Can I remove the sync?
Yes, you can disconnect your email at any time and that will remove all communication history from your CRM.
