If you paid for your Durable order through Shop Pay Installments (Affirm) and we issue a refund, your installment plan should be adjusted after the refund is processed.

How refunds affect your plan

• Full refund: The remaining installment balance is generally eliminated.
• Partial refund: The outstanding balance is generally reduced by the refund amount.
• Refund exceeds your remaining balance: Any excess is generally returned to your original payment method.

While your refund is processing

Please allow time for the refund to process and appear in your Affirm account. Scheduled payments may still be due while the refund is processing. Check your Affirm account for updates, and contact Affirm directly if you have questions about your payment plan.
