To import contacts into Durable, simply click "Import" on the Contacts tab of your CRM and then select a .CSV file of the contact list you'd like to import.

 

 

Once you've selected your file, you will have the option to match the fields in your file with the fields in your Durable CRM. If there are any fields that you don't want to import, you can just say "Ignore"

 

 

Note that if your contact list has fields that aren't included in Durable by default, you should create those custom fields before importing your contacts.

 

Once you've matched all of your fields, simply click "Import" and you're done.
