If you wish to cancel an order you've placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders ship within 1-2 business days, but if you reach out to us before your order ships, we will process the cancellation and refund.

If the order has already shipped, please access our Durable Refund & Exchange Portal to generate a pre-paid return label so you can send your order back and receive a full refund.
