New Automated Response


We’re super pleased to announce the latest feature that Durable offers our customers: the ability to have an AI generated response to any customer inquiry to your contact form. 


Before you’re able to use this feature, please ensure that your email is connected to Durable. You can do this by going to the CRM section and clicking on Settings. 




From there, follow the steps on the screen to connect. 



Once successfully connected, it will look like this


With your email connected, you’re able to enable the Auto-reply, which allows you (or Durable) to craft a message that will automatically go out. 



Another option that you have is to answer specific questions directly via the Contacts tab in the CRM  tab. You will need to first click on the contact that you wish to answer.



This will open up all of their information, and from there you will be able to see all websites messages that you’ve received from them. 



When you open the message, you will have the option to reply



If you wish to reply yourself, you can just fill out the response accordingly

However, if you’d like Durable’s help to respond, you can click on the Generate button - on both the Subject or Message and it will create an appropriate response for you. 

 


If satisfied, you can click on the Send button below and the message will be sent to the contact lead. You’re always able to regenerate or edit the message before sending.
