None of the ingredients in Durable Heart have been shown to negatively impact liver function. However, it is important to keep in mind that anything ingested orally is processed by the liver, so anyone who has impaired liver function or a diagnosed liver disease should have their liver function carefully monitored by their doctor anytime they start new supplements.

Please note, Durable Cholesterol Complete should not be taken if you have impaired liver function or a diagnosed liver disease as it contains red yeast rice which is not recommended with such a condition. Sticking with Durable Heart alone would be the better option.
