When you redeem your Durable Rewards points a coupon is created. If you haven't used the coupon yet you can find it here:

(Customers can not currently apply rewards coupons to subscription only orders, or to ongoing subscriptions. If you'd like to apply your coupon to a subscription order, just send us an email and we can do apply it for you 👍)
