Is it necessary to change my diet to see results from Durable HEART?Updated 15 days ago
While you don't necessarily need to alter your diet to see benefits from this formula, you may consider it worthwhile.
The clinical research on the active ingredients was conducted on different groups of people, some who did not change their diet and some who engaged in a healthier more "heart friendly" diet (mostly plant-based, high fiber, low saturated fat). All groups had positive changes in their cholesterol numbers, including those who made no dietary changes, but those who followed the heart friendly diet and exercised saw better and/or quicker benefits overall. Dr. Passero, recommends exercise and a healthy diet, in conjunction with dietary supplements, to achieve the most robust effects on lowering cholesterol naturally. Below are some of his dietary tips for supporting heart health.
Try to reduce your intake of foods high in cholesterol and saturated fat, such as fatty meats, fried foods, and full-fat dairy products. Foods high in saturated fat disrupt your liver’s ability to clear cholesterol from the body, so limit the intake of these foods as much as possible and focus your diet on the foods proven to support heart health such as those with high levels of fiber. Fiber binds to the cholesterol in your body, preventing it from being absorbed and helping it to be eventually eliminated. Fiber is only found in plant foods and there are some “heavy hitters” to focus on such as oats, beans, apples, pears, whole grains and nuts. As a good example of this, studies show that when consumed daily, oats can lower LDL cholesterol by 10%!
