How do I view my points balance?Updated 24 days ago

To view your points balance, first click the Durable Rewards icon at the bottom right of our webpage:

From here, if you have points, you will see your current balance at the top:

(Customers can not currently apply rewards coupons to subscription only orders, or to ongoing subscriptions. If you'd like to apply your coupon to a subscription order, just send us an email and we can do apply it for you 👍)
