How do I redeem my Durable Rewards Points?Updated 25 days ago

Durable Rewards points can be redeemed for discount coupons which can then be applied to your order.

If you have at least 100 points you can redeem them for a discount coupon.

First, click the Durable Rewards icon on the bottom right of our webpage: 

Next, click "Ways to redeem:"

Since I have 100 points, I can redeem them for a $5 off coupon by clicking "view":

Next, click "Redeem:"

From here your discount code will be shown. You can click "Apply code" to apply it to your shopping cart automatically, or you can copy and paste it:

If you redeem points for a coupon, but don't use the coupon, it will remain here when you're ready to use it:

(Customers can not currently apply rewards coupons to subscription only orders, or to ongoing subscriptions. If you'd like to apply your coupon to a subscription order, just send us an email and we can do it for you.)
