Do Durable Rewards points expire?Updated a month ago

Durable Rewards points do not expire. However, the coupons that are created when you redeem your points are valid for 1 year.

(Customers can not currently apply rewards coupons to subscription only orders, or to ongoing subscriptions. If you'd like to apply your coupon to a subscription order, just send us an email and we can do apply it for you 👍)
