The primary ingredients in Durable Berberine have been shown to be most effective at a dose of two capsules per day. Dr. Passero (co-founder and formulator of our supplements) has not yet seen clinical evidence indicating that the ingredients are as effective at a lower dose. However, if you prefer to start with taking one capsule per day and find that you reach your desired results at this dose, there is no need to take two.
