At this time, our system is such that customers cannot apply Rewards coupons to orders that contain only subscription products. If you have a subscription item and a non-subscription item in your cart, the coupon will apply to the non-subscription item.

However, our Customer Care team is happy to manually apply this coupon on the backend. If you have a new subscription order (or an existing subscription) that you'd like to apply your Rewards coupon to, simply email us here and we will take care of it for you.
