Are seed oils harmful? What about sunflower lecithin?Updated 14 days ago

Seed oils are high in fatty acids like omega-6 which can increase inflammation if over consumed. Sunflower lecithin does not contain fatty acids, so it does not drive inflammation like seed oils. It has health promoting compounds, like phosphatidylcholine, that support cellular health and function.
